Jakobsbrunnen is a safe space where I can be authentic and real. I can ask questions and admit uncertainties without feeling belittled.
It's a space where I can experiment and be a learner while still being taken seriously.
I feel loved, valued, and accepted here (I hope that some of the relationships that develop will be more than just service relationships, but that remains to be seen 😉).
I am challenged, but not overwhelmed. Instead, I am strongly encouraged.
Jakobsbrunnen is one of three things that have caused tremendous growth and maturation in me this past year.
It helps me to think bigger, to see myself more with God's eyes, to live out spiritual gifts, to try new things, and to expand my horizons.
I am incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing team. It is a privilege to work in such a team and together build the kingdom of God, to encourage and help others find their purpose.
